Research Focus

Our team focuses on developing advanced systems that enable computers to process human language. We tend to focus on research topics that contribute to more inclusive technology.

Example research topics include:

  • Evaluation benchmarks for culturally diverse visual question-answering
  • Developing NLP technology to support tasks that include multilingual and code-switched data
  • Multimodal models for content understanding
  • Low resource and efficient NLP
